The Love Language

At The Love Language, every order is packed with care and sent out with love. We want you to be completely happy with what you receive — and if something isn't right, we're here to make it right.


 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect contact us immediately with a photo and your order details. We will resolve it promptly, either through a replacement or a full refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Food and snack hampers — perishable items cannot be returned once delivered
  • Personalised and custom products — Nikkah certificates, custom frames, and any item made to your specifications
  • Digital products — E-invites and digital wedding invitation videos, once delivered
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, just ask us before ordering.


Exchanges

Want a different product? The fastest way is to return your eligible item first. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you'd like instead.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 3–5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
